They serve a very important role in training… This helps potential students who may be interested in a course but are not sure if they would enjoy it or learn anything, by sharing your experiences in a particular training course not only do you validate what you have learned and reinforce the key points, but give those who were not there valuable insight into the training  you had taken with your unique perspective.
