Commonwealth Criminal Justice Academy sets aside weekends for most of our “Open Enrolment” / “Civilian Training”. You have taken the first step in your training journey by visiting our website. Whether your focus is Marksmanship development or Defensive / Tactical use of firearms we have the courses designed for novice and experienced shooters alike.
All our one day “Tactical” courses (Handgun, Shotgun,and M4/Carbine) start in CCJA’s classroom facility which is a professional and comfortable learning environment. This is where the first half of the class or 50% of the training will be conducted. You will receive a booklet that has all the material covered in the classroom for reference purposes.
The second half of the class will focus on live fire training reinforcing skills learned in the classroom on the range. Our Instructor to student ratio is 5 to 1 which ensures that you get the attention you deserve to safely and rapidly hone your new skills.
At the completion of this course you will have the necessary tools, skills and techniques to continue your training correctly on your own. A certificate will be awarded after successful completion of the course.

No refunds on deposits for training are allowed. If you have an emergency and are unable to attend the event, you are welcome to request a credit toward future training. Future training must be for the same class or equal value toward another class.
In accordance with International Traffic in Arms (ITAR) Regulations, only U.S. Citizens will be accepted to participate in CCJA Tactical courses.
